Primary Extracurricular Registration Form

Please choose your extracurricular classes.

Please note that the extracurricular activities will be available with a minimum of four children per group.

Fees are payable via direct debit, either annually or termly, based on your preference. 

  • If you pay the whole year in advance, you will receive a 10% discount.
  • If you pay termly,  you will be invoiced on 20 September, 7 January, and 6 April. If you wish to cancel an extracurricular activity and not be charged for the following trimester, we kindly request an email to extracurriculars@altea-international-school.es before 20 December or 20 March. This will ensure a smooth process for all involved.
  • For late entries, fees will be prorated based on the number of remaining classes in the term.
  • Registration constitutes a commitment for the term. Once the term fee is processed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance or withdrawal.

Tenga en cuenta que las actividades extraescolares estarán disponibles con un mínimo de cuatro niños por grupo.

Las cuotas pueden cobrarse anual o trimestralmente. 

  • Si paga todo el año por adelantado, recibirá un descuento del 10%.
  • Si paga trimestralmente, se le domiciliarĆ”n los pagos el 19 de septiembre, el 7 de enero y el 6 de abril. Si desea cancelar una actividad extraescolar y que no se le cobre el trimestre siguiente, le rogamos que nos envíe un correo electrónico a extracurriculars@altea-international-school.es antes del 20 de diciembre o del 20 de marzo. Esto asegurará un proceso sin problemas para todos los implicados.
  • En caso de una incorporaciĆ³n tardĆ­a, la tarifa se calcularĆ” en funciĆ³n del nĆŗmero de clases restantes hasta el inicio del siguiente trimestre.
  • La inscripciĆ³n implica un compromiso trimestral. Una vez procesado el pago correspondiente al trimestre, no se realizarĆ”n reembolsos, independientemente de la asistencia o de una posible baja.
