A School Day in KS4
Each school day begins with register and Circle Time at 8.30 am with the Class Teacher in the student’s home classroom. The class teacher leads the students in games, poetry recitation, music, rhythmic exercises and discussions on important themes, aiming to ensure that students start their day feeling grounded, engaged and receptive to learning. Special Features of the School Week:
School Assembly (Classes 6-10): On Thursdays, assemblies take place during the last lesson. This dedicated time together provides a space for the class to reflect, celebrate and build their community. Seasonal festivals, as well as events both current and historical are just some of the themes that are combined with student performances and interactive activities. The Timetable
Timetables are personalised according to individual subject choices, reflecting the diverse interests and aspirations of our students. KS4 students continue having classes in the main curriculum subjects: maths, English, science, history, geography and drama regardless of whether or not they will take a GCSE exam in this subject.
